Hooded Crow Tattoo and Permanent Cosmetics

Appointment Policy

Changes in effect as of January 2020

Our goal here at the Hooded Crow is to provide quality services to all our clients. No-shows and cancellations inconvenience not only our artist but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our new policy regarding scheduling and missed appointments.

Appointments

When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients and also reserve the time of the artist. Appointment times are limited and we consider time as a product supplied by our artist. When you reserve an appointment regardless if you attend time is required; time is valuable.

If rescheduling is necessary, we require that you contact your artist at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Appointments are in high demand and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

Rescheduling /No-Shows

Rescheduling is considered late when the appointment is rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without rescheduling. Clients who are more than 30 minutes late to an appointment are considered a no-show.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are required to schedule an appointment. $100 dollars minimum is due at the time the appointment is made. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment later than the time required (48 hours) or are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment the deposit is then considered a payment to the artist for their time. If you need to reschedule the appointment, you must contact your artist at least 48 hours before the appointment to guarantee the deposit is transferred. If you reschedule more than once, the deposit is considered a payment to the artist for their time and a new deposit will be required to schedule any future appointment. If you cancel and appointment without rescheduling, the deposit is considered a payment to the artist for their time. If an artist must reschedule it will not impact your deposit in any way. These changes will help us continue providing quality services in a timely manner.

Art is a universal language and here at the Hooded Crow, we enjoy working with you to create your own statement. The Hooded Crow appreciates their clients and looks forward to continuing our mission of providing quality services that last.
